Recently recovered from being ill I decided I was going to play a match today but unfortunately I didn't get the chance due to the rain. Our team went in to bat first and shortly into the game is began to rain so all players came of the pitch then the rain stopped and all players were back on the field where it began to rain bucket loads combined with hard hitting hail stones but anyways I was pleased I didn't have to field on a wet ground.

With the game called off both teams decided we go and have our lunch early whilst watching the cricket on TV but sadly the satellite dish wasn't getting any signal due to the heavy rain so everyone ate their teas and went home to see if they could catch the cricket action from the comforts of their own homes. So lets summarise whats happened so far today, the match has been called off and there was no cricket on TV to watch but enjoyed my lunch as it was was the first time I ever had a cuppa at cricket I normally have orange squash and I had my first pork pie it wasn't all that lol anyways that's what i got up to today. My doggy Rex didn't get much of a run around today but he seemed to be calm and relaxed on the ride back home.
